Thanks for your reply.
I checked the data sheet and I am not getting the pin of ECCP1.
ECCP1-ECCP3 is a remappable pin. How can I declare the pin ?

So i need to connect separate power supply (3.3V) to PIC IC
And ICSP Programing Pin
Programmer - PIC IC
Pin1 - MCLR
Pin2 - No connection
Pin3 - Gnd
Pin4 - PGD
Pin5 - PGC

In programmer i check with multimeter that vcc pin giving +5V DC.
