Not sure if this is of any use but the WDT does seem very sensitive to temperature. It can be used to measure temperature - see AN828

Could this be causing the problem?

I tried:-

use delay(clock=29491200)

but 1200 baud, 600 and 300 caused the "Baud rate out of range" error

then:-

use delay(clock=7372800)

then only 300 baud wouldn't work.

"Newer CRG files work on all older versions. Your V4 CRG files work on all version 3 releases."

When i downloaded v3.249 and installed it, it asked me
to point it to the .crg files. I browsed to the ones in the
