contacted the Technical Support and got a fix ..... worked like a charm! 
In your PICC directory there should be a USB TOOLS ditrectory. In that directory find the .INF file and right clic ... |

| Do you know where can I download the standalone 'ICD Control Program" ? I tried the ccsinfo.com/downloads but no luck ..... is that program discontinued?
