so I need 8 ICs for MK3 rom which it's size is 4 mbyte

the problem isn't only with making a parallel 16 data pins
the sega will first give an address to get a specific byte
it's 4 mbytes addressing which equals to 32 pins
so the MCU should get this add ...

Fine ..
MMC memory is really large capacity , small size , cheap , widely available
but it is serial , while genesis sega needs a parallel data output
what's the other options

there is some types of MCU's have the ability to interfacing SDRAM
like AT91SAM9 , I'm not sure of it's availability though .

temtronic, it's a simple 16f677 based circuit
from RB4 to RB7 connected to LCD #sck to #sres
4 wires out from pic to LCD, mclr of pic connected to vdd through 10k resistor no more.

A good explanation, the supply will be 3.3 for all devices.
I made my hardware already, I agree with you no simulator gives 100% result of the real circuit, but Proteus consider a nice pre-test.

Sure , in logic 0=0 v & 1=supply voltage
I missed the difference between lcd & pic voltages
and I depended on the circuit I have built in Proteus
