Hello,
I'm having problems trying to program the PIC16F1827 with the ICD-U64 programmer.
The CCSLOAD's diagnostics reads the chip ID just fine. The target test passes.

Thanks for your reply, yes, I have a 47K resistor from MCLR to Vcc on the target board. I just tried the voltage limiter suggested for the ICD2, using the LM431, Vpp still is in 8.11V, but no success ...
