Thanks mike for your help, there is improvement. Seems the flicker is at the verge of stopping. But right now there is another problem with the Proteus ide displaying some errors complaining of time ...

Please I am working on implementation of jpeg2000 in microcontrollers, PICs to be specific. I need a working code, I have tried jasper, seems not compatible with pics. Thank you.
