Hi,

Is your requirement to absolutely use an LED display?

I just made a very nice voltage and current display for a bench top power supply using a PIC and a GLCD display. I designed my own large fonts for the GLCD so that the numerical values would be very easy to read from a distance.

Just a quick question for the poster - RE your meter desire.

In order to decide that i want to help, i need to know the answer to two questions:

1- If i put 3 ( three) 4.99K resistors in parallel and connect them across a 5V power supply - how much current will flow?

2- What is the impedance in ( in ohms) of a 1uf capacitor if you measure with
a 1V , 1 khz signal

3- what is the impedance at 3v 1 khz?

4- the PHASE Angle with said capacitor in series with 1000 ohms resistor?

any 2 will do - extra credit for answering all 4

Shocked Razz Question

Yes, I must use LED display. I don't know how to initialize the result. May be with some driver.
