Guys , I am new to c programming and I really need help for the project given which is to construct 7 segment display stopwatch using ccs compiler. So if anyone know how to do please help me.

CCS does supply an example 'stopwatch' program.maybe called ex_stwt.c in the examples folder...that would be a starting point.
You really need to supply us with your code and which PIC, qty of 7segment displays, etc.

Step one is to code/compile/run a '1 Hz LED' program to confirm you can get the PIC to do the basics......

then read, read, and read more....
