What is #if defined(__PCB__) ?

Can somebody tell me what:

#if defined(__PCB__)

means?

I see this quite a bit in the CCS examples.

If Defined PCB

It is a conditional that indicates which version of compiler is being used to compile the code ie. PCM, PCB,PCH etc.
