www.emmicroelectronic.com/Products.asp?IdProduct=86-34k
you will find the Gerber 274X files providing tooling for the PCB production of the RFID.
Hope this help,

Hi Guest,
I made some month ago a design (125khz card reader) based with em4095. I've used a PIC16F876A and concerning the hardware, these no special recommandation.
But you sould take care of two things:
Try to use the 4095 PCB provided by emmarin.
Follow the decoding block diagram provided by emmarin or U2270b in a external datasheet that explains how to decode manchester data.
FYI, EM4095 is more reliable and stable than U2270B.
