Hi,
Are there high capacity I2C based serial eeproms ( say 512 KB or more ).
Microchip supplies a 512 KB memory..

Ramtron goes to 256kbit and has both I2C and SPI models. A 1Mbit part was previewed on November 9, 2004.
For much higher densities you might consider MMC flash cards which are SPI compatible and currently available up to 1Gbyte. |

Go to Atmel�s site, and check for AT45DB021B and others.
They�re SPI, easy to use, large capacity, and very very cheap.
