Hi all,i am glade to by in this forum.
For you have adumbrate wath i want you have this link:

or else talking i need to display :
- fuel used since power up( up to 65535)
- fuel flow rage( up to 255)
-time in sec,min, hour since power up
I do this with pic 16f84 but the maxim value is 65535 and 255, wath is not so good Smile
All this i want to now if is contingent with pic 16f873 or some else

input signal commes from one turbine chirp modulation or _| |_
frequance is proportional with flow
frequance of signal is: min 0-10 hz , 0-2000hz
ouput signal :0-10mA, 0-20 mA,4-20mA
This may by flowmeter (may by deceitful)
i am rigth?

The reason you have had no reply, is that I don't think anybody understands what you want...
Changing the processor, makes no difference to 'maximum values'. You can use numbers much larger than either 255, or 65535, on either processor, by just handling the 'carry' yourself. There have been examples posted in the past of how to deal with this.
Repost, a clearer question, and you may well get some answers...

i want to make a flowmeter with pic16f873.
i have one turbine with one sensor whence generate signal
To Lcd 3 parameters:
- fuel used since power up
- fuel flow rage
-time in sec,min, hour since power up
i test first the up project (http://www.esatclear.ie/~grabe/PICfuelRate/PICmpg.html)
the affair is fuel used since power up, is too small 65535(us gallons or meters) beaucose pic16f84 have 8 biti timer end pic 16f873 with 16 biti TIMER(1) CHANGE THE SITUATION.

i need some help to change the program code of pic 16f84from the adress(http://www.esatclear.ie/~grabe/PICfuelRate/PICmpg.html) in code for new microcontroler (16f873, 16f874, 16f877).
