Hello everyone,
Has anyone worked with a bill or coin validator with MDB interface ?
Im looking for electrical specifications for this interface, and have found nothing yet. (Im using a Cashcode validator).
I would appreciate any help or guide.

It seems to be a standard protocol, used in most of vending machines.
Havent you tried a google search ? (Im sure youve done it)
Maybe this forum isnt the right place to ask for this, cause havent read any post about something like this in here.
Try the Piclist. There are more hardware related posts there.
Good luck. |

dyeatman,
Thanks for replying, but I am looking for other information. Ive seen its an 11bit transmision with 9bit data byte.
I obviously have this pdf, but need more information.
Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks to you both.....
Have just found the MDB Version 3 protocol in pdf.
It seems to be a "pseudo-485" protocol with some pecularities.....pretty extrange.
Im printing the 230 pages.......uffff.
