MPlab X and CCS compiler
PostPosted: Thu Oct 25, 2012 9:15 am     Reply with quote

I've just installed MPlab X and I have CCS v4.134. So I made a simple project and built it.
Quote:

Memory usage: ROM=0% RAM=0% - 0%
0 Errors, 0 Warnings.
Build Successful.
make[2]: Leaving directory `C:/Documents and Settings/User/MPLABXProjects/first project.X'
make[1]: Leaving directory `C:/Documents and Settings/User/MPLABXProjects/first project.X'
mv: target `project.X.production.cof' is not a directory
make[2]: *** [build/default/production/main.o] Error 1
make[1]: *** [.build-conf] Error 2
make: *** [.build-impl] Error 2

BUILD FAILED (exit value 2, total time: 16s)

Here is the text after building. I'm concerned about the second part. I checked and I have .hex file in the project directory. Is everything OK or do I have a problem? Why is this message??
Thanks!
