main
┌source
│ ┌main
│ │ └main.c
│ │ └main.h
│ │ └18F67J10.h
│ │ └stdlib.h
│ │ └stddef.h
│ │ └string.h
│ │ └ctype.h
│ │ └math.h
│ └ adc_ad420
│ .. └adc_ad420.c

The ccs file window is displayed as above.

Is there any way to put adc_ad420.c in main?

What gets displayed here, is completely dependant on where _you_ include the files. Find where you include math.h, and then #include your adc_ad420 file on the line after. Then in the project options, 'include files', it looks as if you must have a file 'adc_ad420' being set to be included in the project here. Remove this.
