It may be easier and chaper to buy a display module with MORE pixels. Be sure to read the datasheet. I assume most peripherals today are '3 volt' devices, so using an 'L' version of a PIC or one that WILL run full speed at 3V is a better choice.

It's the size that makes this rare. Though '1/4 VGA', used to be quite common
most displays this size now have a much higher pixel count.
Look at companies like Mouser, or Digikey, and see if there is a display
that meets your requirements shown as 'in stock'. This then should be
obtainable in only a couple of days.
