I never got these to work. I purchased a development board (AVR) with preloaded software on it just to look at the signals to figure out how it is supposed to work.
No joy.
The software (that I did not write) worked, but the signal between the 2 chips intercepted lots of noise about 2 meters apart in a non-noisy environment.
I decided that these modules require more RF knowledge than I possess.
Have moved on to Xbee, at least for now.

I've been trying to make rfm12b modules to work with PIC16F877A, but no luck till now. If any of you happen to have a working code or any suggestions, please help me out...... . |
