hi... presently I am using 3.xxx version. I am not able to use qei in this version.

Hence I installed version 4.110.

In this also I can't use qei functions like:

You'll have to post which PIC you're using !!
Also a small, complete program that shows the problem.

I am using PIC 18F4431.

It has module to use quadrature encoder.

My problem is I couldn't program and compile itself.

Compiler is of lower versions which doesn't support quadrature encoder functions.

I need to know from which version onwards the compiler supports
