Hi,
Was also caught with same FUSE on the K80 chip when first used that chip.
If a secondary oscillator is not desired and digital I/O on
port pins, RC0 and RC1, is needed, the SOSCSEL bits
must be set to Digital mode.
USE FUSE 'SOSC_DIG' to set the I/O for C0 & C1 to digital
