adc with qei interface problem

good noon to all
My problem is:
When I use both adc and qei interface in my 18f4431 it won't work.
When I am using separate it will work fruitfully.
I am using spi and uart communication also for my project.
Can anyone help me to solve this problem?
Please its to be urgent.

Read the CCS forum guidelines.

You've given us very little to work on.

We need more specific details to help you.

Amongst other things post a SHORT compilable program which shows the problem.

Tell us what SHOULD happen and what does not.
