tab[(i*6)+j] = Alphabet[ 36 ][j] ;

As Gabriel alludes to:
i is an int
i*6 will use int math to produce an int result
an int result can not exceed 255

If i is a long things may improve.

Added note: Just saying you have solved the problem does nothing for future readers that may come looking the a solution to a similar problem. Always post the solution once you find it.

That's not quite correct, apart from the demeanour aspect when asking for help, it took you not less than
four attempts to post a code that actually allows to reproduce the problem (the version with i*6 index).

Hi,

Yeah, a much bigger issue than the original "problem" was the demonstrated problem solving methods, or lack thereof of the OP. Of course, it was fairly obvious that this was a variable size issue, and I alluded to that in an early post. I guess I should have ignored the belligerence of the OP, but his attitude rubbed me the wrong way Sad
