PIC 24F have 3 PIN VDD and 3 PIN VSS. When i search wed, it say all of PIN VDD or VSS are connected in PIC so i think i just supply power for 1 pin vss and 1 pin vdd, what problem will happen when i just use 1 pin vss and 1 pin vdd, will pic do correct???

This Microchip document says (on page 4) to connect all power and ground pins:

The programming specification for dsPIC33F/PIC24H chips says (on page 2):
Quote:
All power supply and ground pins must be connected

Also a Google search is very useful. Threads like this one:

<http://electronics.stackexchange.com/questions/22662/if-a-pic-mcu-provides-multiple-vdd-vss-should-you-provide-power-to-them-all>

It's worth understanding that the internal traces have a relatively high resistance compared to copper tracks. Once the die is more than a very few mm across, this becomes significant.

The extra pins also provide improved heatsinking.

Pins/connections inside a chip cost money. Manufacturers generally do not make extra connections without good reason.
