It's MPLAB vs. 8.92 that has the full PCB command line compiler, vs. 4.073.

When you install MPLAB, select Custom installation. Then go to the "Third
Party" tools section and make sure that the CCS PCB compiler is selected
for installation.

Plus from where do I get a link for the linux version?
