bootloader problems - CCS loader.c driver
PostPosted: Mon Jun 21, 2004 12:44 am     Reply with quote

Dear all

Plse assist me.

I have programmed a 16F876 with this example bootloder. It works ok when I use hyperterminal to load a new program.

The problem is that the new loaded program overwrites the bootloader. So it is only bootloading ONCE. Is there any way of safeguarding the bootloader code from being over-written, so that it can be re-used to load new versions?

regards

josh
