finally got it to work using the surface mount sipex chip
pretty bad noise on the negative voltage but still readable
but now it seems that i have to read on 38400 baud rate when i have programmed it at 9600
does anyone knows why?

Most likely because this negative voltage is generated inside the sipex chip with a charge pump. It can look ugly. But if it works it works...
Did you remember all the caps required on the circuit. Most charge pumps will have a cap to smooooooth this out the generated voltage.
Looking at the spec. it would be c2- on pin 3.
